Scentsy Story
Well let me tell you how i come to hop on board with Scentsy. I was you when i started out on my own, still a teen actually. By 19 i was already running my first business from home
. I did that for about 3 yrs and started working out of the home also.I became more involved with my new job and handed my business down to my sister and took on my other job head on. It was a challenging job both physically and mentally demanding.
In May 2003 my world fell apart. My sister and i were both involved in a major car accident. A friend of ours at the time was driving. We both were injured in this accident. I was a very large person so having tests done was hard and it took over 2 yrs to find all this issues and too late to sue. In 2006 i had to leave my well paying job i worked hard for and go on welfare then apply for disability. I was hospitalized in terrible condition due to underlying complications and i felt like a failure.
For 13 yrs i didnt work. I felt useless and empty. Then i thought hey why not try Scentsy. I love the product and had been buying it for years. I could really turn this into a business and really love doing it.
The day i joined changed me. I got me back. I got confidence again. I was excited and i had a job that fit my disability. I have since been growing my business and loving all the benefits it has given me, plus my disability actually helped me get started too.
I love my Scentsy family and it is a Family. I am never turning back. :)
